Waterfall – a Brasília favourite

Who doesn´t love listening to a waterfall roaring? After a couple months away from my hometown, it was time to check out Itiquira – located on a natural reserve not very far from the city.

The waterfall is huge, and a steep trail leads to the hilltop. From the bottom, the only drawback is that you cannot bath on its waters; unless you´re looking for a huge headache, of course.

Travelling between Amazon cities by boat. A standart ticket gives you the right to hang your hammock on the first available hook you can find. My advice: get early to the port.

Going to the beach in Amazon
